You will work closely with cross-functional managers to drive improvements to product quality & profitability while reducing operational cost. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you will bring the following experience. Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control an advantage Strong Computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a high volume and complex environment Demonstrated experience analysing complex information to drive outcomes Proven ability in creating and maintaining cross-functional networks and engaging all stakeholders. Solutions focused and consistent ability to follow through Attention to detail and time management skills Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to continually learn and deliver outcomes. AusMeat certified an advantage KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reviewing and approving yield reports on a daily basis.
